We move your active subscriptions out of your existing Stripe account and into a new Stripe account connected to Hopper. Your members keep paying, you keep getting paid, and nothing breaks in the middle.
What's included in a payment migration? Our team transfers your active subscriptions, memberships, unfinished installments, and your customers' saved payment methods from your current Stripe account into a fresh Stripe account that runs through Hopper. Past transaction history stays with your old account.

Will my members notice anything?
No. We work in the background and only go live once you've reviewed and approved the result. Once it's done, your members simply log in to Hopper to pick up where they left off.
What if my platform isn't on the list?
Get in touch anyway. If your data is exportable, we can almost always move it across.
How long does it take?
Most coaches are fully on Hopper within 2 to 4 weeks. Larger libraries take a little longer; we'll give you an exact timeline after the first call.
